My life-long obsession with food continues in Oslo - in spite of high prices, Norwegian-language labels, a kitchen without an oven and melted chopping board incidents.

And so the purposes of this blog are thus:
- to share recipes of genre Vegetarian Cooking on a Budget using only Hotplates;
- to share ground-breaking Oslo food discoveries; and
- to provide respite from the likes of Michael Walzer.
